Orders must be received by 12:00 to be processed the next working day. All orders that exceed ISK 25,000. without VAT are sent without shipping costs.

Driving out in the countryside

Samskip and Flytjandi take care of all shipments in the countryside for ÓJ&K-ÍSAM. All orders that exceed ISK 25,000. without VAT are sent to the buyer free of charge. If the order does not reach the set minimum, the buyer pays for the transfer.
All orders must be received 24 hours before departure.

Product return

If a product is to be returned, the buyer must submit comments to ÓJ&K-ÍSAM employees within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Defective or incorrectly processed products outside the capital area must be returned with Samskip or Flyer. A credit account is made after the product reaches us and has been reviewed by the recipient.

Account transactions

An invoice is sent for products to those customers who have not agreed on withholding or payments with payment cards. The due dates for invoices are in accordance with the agreements in force between ÓJ&K-ÍSAM and the customer.
Interest is calculated in accordance with Act no. 38/2001 on interest and indexation and is based on all invoices that are paid after one day.
Comments regarding invoices must be received within 10 days from the date of issue of the invoice. If there is a dispute about the amount of the invoice, the customer is only allowed to wait with payment of the amount of actual dispute.
Some products are sold according to weight. Every effort is made to deliver as close to the weight that was ordered as possible. However, the invoice is always based on the weight delivered to the customer.
245 ISK note fee is charged to all payment slips.

Security terms

ÓJ&K-ÍSAM accepts all payment cards. When payment is completed, the transaction goes through Rapyd's secure payment page. ÓJ&K-ÍSAM does not have access to card information and does not collect it.
