We are a strong team

With us, a person is chosen in every bed. At ÓJ&K-ÍSAM, about 130 people work. The team is powerful and close-knit and welcomes new members. The board of Huginn's staff association is dynamic and imaginative and regularly organizes fun events and events to strengthen the group and have fun.

55 salespeople work in the sales department of ÓJ&K-ÍSAM. Part of them ensures that products imported and distributed by ÓJ&K-ÍSAM are available in most grocery stores in the country.

Two salespeople are located in Akureyri and take care of local authorities in the north of the heath. Other salespeople take care of the country's large kitchens, they are all educated in their profession, either chefs or bakers.
About 30 people perform office work that supports the main operations of the company, i.e. billing, accounting, customs clearance, telephone answering in the customer service and computer services.

In the ÓJ&K-ÍSAM warehouse in Korputorg, there are approximately 8,500 pallet places for dry goods, 2,500 in the freezer and 350 in the refrigerator. There are 53 warehouse employees. The warehouse manager is Ólafur Sigurðsson.

Distribution

ÓJ&K-ÍSAM has a strong distribution system for freight transport. Seven of the company's cars are used for distribution in the capital area and through neighboring settlements in the South and Southwest. Contractors take care of freight transport in other areas of the country.
